Phil was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He graduated from Hendrix College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and received his law degree at the university of Arkansas in 1974. He has been practicing law now for 27 years. Phil is married to Susie Farris and they have three grown children. Phil's practice is limited to all phases of personal injury and insurance law. |
